RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We endeavour to ensure you are satisfied with your shopping experience, but in the unlikely event that you aren't, we offer 14 day returns and exchanges on most items from the moment you receive your order. Due to production and hygiene reason respectively, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for 1 of 1 pieces, and socks and undergarments. If you are unsure about the fit of an item, please check the bespoke size guide or contact our customer care team at info@mardonclo.com with any questions.
We only offer straight exchanges on items for a different colour or size. If you wish to swap your item for a different product, please fill out the return sheet provided. Due to shipping and processing logistics, we are unable to guarantee adequate stock of the size or colour of an item by the time you receive your store credit from us.
Please note we do not cover the shipping cost for the return or exchange of an item, unless it is deemed faulty by our customer care team.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with their tags attached. Any products returned that do not meet the above criteria will not be processed and a refund or store credit will not be issued. We cannot process items that have been clearly worn, have external product stains or smell (e.g. deodorant, cologne, aftershave), or are damaged.
